11 Days Out

Rich Text Area.: "Ok guys it's been 11 days. I'm feeling better and more mobile. I'm now down 15 lbs. The morning of the surgery They weight me in at 284. I weight myself this morning I'm at 269. I'm walking and moving more so it is coming off. I go to the Dr. on the10th for my first check-up. Hopefully they will add new food choices. I have done well but I really need some variety. I have not over done it or gotten sick. I have been trying very hard to make I'm doing it right. I'm getting more energy now and wanting to do more things. I can't sit still and trying not to push myself. I'm really excited to see myself around my birthday in mid May. I will post my first and second pic at the end of the month. Hangin in there......"
